How much do the address and storage cost?

Nothing. We give you the address for free and keep it for you, and we receive and store packages free for up to 70 days. A consolidated package waits 7 more days for payment at no charge, then storage is $1 a day. You only pay for the items at the store and for shipping home.

Duty depends on the country and the package value, so check the amount ahead in the duty calculator. If duty is due, we file and pay it for you so the package is not held at customs. This applies to Russia and packages over €200, and we charge 4% of the declared value for the filing.

What if the store will not ship to the warehouse or will not take my card?

Then our buyer places the order for you: you send the link, and they buy the item with their card and receive it at the warehouse. How it works and what it costs is on the personal shopping page.

What can't I bring in?

Carriers accept some items only on their own terms, for example with a weight or quantity limit, and some items not at all. Every restriction is on the Shipping restrictions page. Check it before you buy.

Can I combine several orders into one package?

Yes, and it is free. Order from different stores for a whole month if you want: we put everything in one box, repack it, and send it as one package. You pay for shipping once.

How will I know the package has arrived?

We email you and message you in the Telegram bot, and the weight and contents show up in your account. Then you decide whether to ship right away or wait for the rest of your orders.

A lot of US stores don't ship abroad, but they will ship to our warehouse in Delaware. We'll receive your packages and send them worldwide.

Your bin at the Delaware warehouse

Sign up, and we'll give you a personal warehouse address with an STE bin number right away. You don't pay anything now: the address is free, and you only top up after we bill you for shipping from the warehouse.

The warehouse is in Delaware, one of the few states with no sales tax. Your receipt won't include the extra percent other states add at checkout.

Order from a US store

Pick an item at any store or catch a deal on the sales map. At checkout, enter the warehouse address and pay with your card as usual.

Register the package as soon as you have a tracking number

Add the tracking number to Incoming packages in your account. Then the package lands in your account on its own when it arrives, and you get the best shipping price.

We receive packages on the conveyor on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM, weigh each one, and put it in your bin. You'll get an email and a Telegram message.

Top up roughly what shipping will cost in advance, and we'll charge it automatically after weigh-in. No waiting around to pay by hand.

Consolidate everything and pay for shipping

While you keep shopping at other stores, the boxes sit at the warehouse. We consolidate several packages into one for free and remove shoe boxes for free, so the shipment weighs less.

Shipping plans round weight up to the next kilo, so an extra 300 or 400 grams of packaging matters: three boxes on their own would bill as five kilos, and the consolidated package fits into four.

You can add sweets and drinks from our shop or extra packing. Just remember they add weight too.

Pick a shipping method and get your package

Courier delivery is faster, but it needs a detailed customs declaration, the recipient's passport details, and Tax ID. Mail delivery takes longer, the declaration is simpler, and the package arrives at your post office.

Our AI assistant fills the declaration for you: give it a screenshot of the store order, and it knows how to describe the items so customs doesn't bounce the package.

We pack the items, send them on the next flight, and email you the tracking number.
